Shkola International Online School is seeking Native English Teachers to join our team!

We have been operating for over 6 years using our proprietary teaching methodology. Currently, we educate over 1,000 Russian-speaking children from all around the globe in a fully remote format.

Our Philosophy: A teacher is a guide in the world of information. Our main goal is to spark curiosity, motivate students to seek knowledge, and support the personal growth of every child.

Working Conditions & Offer:

• Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement (Service Contract)

• Workload: From 20 academic hours per week (individual scheduling available)

• Location: 100% remote — work from anywhere in the world

• Resources Provided: Fully developed curriculum, teaching materials, and access to our online platform

• Compensation: Negotiable based on experience, with performance-based bonuses tied to group academic outcomes

What We Are Looking For:

• Native English speaker

• Higher education degree in Education, Pedagogy, TEFL/TESOL/CELTA, or currently enrolled university students

• Strong ability to engage students and maintain interest in the subject

• Excellent organizational skills, punctuality, and commitment to the agreed schedule

• Experience in conducting interactive, inclusive lessons that involve every student

• Readiness to provide feedback to parents upon request from the program coordinator
