All solutions are developed for specific client use cases and deployed on proprietary infrastructure, with high requirements for reliability, security, and implementation quality.
Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who will be responsible for the technical aspects of AI products and for coordinating the engineering work of the team. The role предполагает deep involvement in development, architectural decision-making, and ensuring the stable operation of systems.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Technical Ownership
- Ownership of the architecture and technical implementation of AI products.
- Making and documenting technical decisions.
- Ensuring code quality and adherence to engineering standards.
Development
- Development of backend and frontend components of web applications.
- Integration of AI models and analytical components into client infrastructure.
- Design and implementation of APIs and services.
- Working with various user interfaces.
Team Coordination
- Technical leadership of the development team.
- Code reviews and technical mentoring.
- Synchronization of work between frontend, backend, and AI engineers.
- Production and Infrastructure
- Participation in preparing solutions for production.
- Working with CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring.
- Supporting and evolving solutions deployed on proprietary infrastructure.
Product Collaboration
- Close collaboration with product managers and business stakeholders.
- Translating business requirements into technical tasks and solutions.
Requirements
Must Have
- 5+ years of commercial development experience.
- Strong backend development experience (Python / Node.js / Java / Go).
- Frontend development experience (React / Vue / Angular).
- Experience working with AI products, LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.
- Experience designing and maintaining complex web systems.
- Solid understanding of architecture, scalability, and reliability principles.
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and containerization (Docker).
Nice to Have
- Experience with on-premises or private cloud infrastructure.
- Understanding of security and data protection requirements.
